A facilitator will work with you before the session to help you clarify your intentions. During the session you remain fully clothed as you lie face up on the healing table.The crystals are in a row 12 inches above you. The crystal lights are turned on allowing light to flow through each crystal, bathing each chakra in its corresponding color frequency and vibration. Each session is unique to the individual, as each experience is its own.
