The Feast of the Epiphany, Three Kings Day. Jan 6, the physical day of the recognition of GOD incarnate as Jesus of Christ Consciousness. It occurs 12 days after Christmas, it ends the Christmas Season.

The first real appearance of Jesus manifesting GOD in flesh. Epiphany is a revelation. The revelation of both the visit of the Wise Men and the Baptism by St John the Baptist when Jesus was 30.

The word Epiphany is from Koine Greek ἐπιφάνεια, epipháneia, meaning manifestation or appearance. It is derived from the verb φαίνειν, phainein, meaning "to appear." In classical Greek it was used for the appearance of dawn, of an enemy in war, but especially of a manifestation of a deity to a worshiper (a theophany). Theophany (“manifestation of God”).

Many Countries around the world Celebrate the Epiphany in a very real cultural celebratory way. Jesus was considered the “King of Kings”.

The star that guides the Wise Men, the Magi, to Christ also symbolizes the Epiphany, as well as the three gifts they gave to Jesus:

• Gold (fit for a king). Royalty, Kingship.

• Frankincense (used to worship at a temple). Jesus’ Divine status as a High Priest. Perfume Ancient incense.

• Myrrh (used for embalming, as well as a salve for irritations). It’s an ingredient in Holy Anointing Oil
