Create Sacred space, find your Holy Silence mode and get into it. Are you able to slow down enough to get Present? Are you able to be Silent enough to get Present?

In this Holy Silence, can you Feel your Breath? Can you Feel your Frequency? Can you collect all of your Self and get into this Holy Silence space?

Practice doing this with your mind shut off. Practice doing this with mindlessness of going Silent in observance of your own Self, your own Soul.

This is not a meditation practice. It is about being in this “moment” as much as you can. It is about noticing your breath and noticing what’s going on in this moment about you.

This is absolutely Spiritual, as WE are Feeling our Self deep from Within, while Feeling our Self on the outside as well.
