Ok positive thoughts you’re in Higher Light, if negative thoughts, they’re coming from the 4th dimensional plane projecting into your mind as you Ascend.
While Ascending we move from 3D to 4D to 5D. Going up and down these levels of existence, as Ascension is that, the 4D plane has negative impulsive thoughts that will come directly into you. Which by the way are not yours. You must discern your thoughts, this is a very organic process.
