Let the pieces of you that you blocked off, cut off, shoved down; let them up for Healing, Integration and Wholeness. They are all part of you.
When those lost pieces come back, let them in. Love them, they are part of you. They want to be made Whole again.
You have to LOVE All of you, your pieces, your habits, your addictions. Bring them All into LOVE and they will discontinue trying to take over your life.
Change your thought system. What served you when you were younger, frightened and unaware can no longer be aloud to shape your life and world. Let them go.
Anything less than Love is going to be removed from your field. Integrate your Energy with Truth and Integrity. All of You, your parts and your pieces must be Loved.
