Once your body holds a Higher State of Consciousness, YOU have access to that as well. Remember, Consciousness is ENERGY, which is actually LIGHT.
So thoughts, behaviors, emotions, beliefs, contracts, programs, jobs, paradigms are All Energy, so they’re All 3D Consciousness Light Energy. There is rapid movement of these in our bodies right NOW.
These 3D lower Consciousnesses are coming to the surface in our NOW MOMENTS. When you’re Awake, Aware and Open, you’ll notice them even more. Remember this is All part of the Ascension Process.
You must let these 3D Consciousnesses come up as part of your humanness, it’s All normal. You have no control over what’s coming up. Your Innate Smart body ain’t Aware and Highly Intelligent.
Follow your body’s leads on whatever’s showing up, whatever’s coming up, as your Soul is letting you know what needs to be Shifted NOW. Surrendering into these moments is highly recommended.
